| Remarks |
Massive roosts
numbering in thousands are known for this species however it is declined
massively due to habitat loss and hunting. From the Polillos a roost
of less than one hundred reported from Minasaw in 1999 was not present
in 2001. Approximately 30 to 40 individuals were seen roosting in
Burdeos. Further examinations are required to confirm these were A.
jubatus and not Pteropus vampyrus. |
